Estimating Services

1.  All plan drawings can be sent in a PDF format, E-mail, U.S. Mail, or Overnight Express to client after the take off has been completed along with a legend and a excel spreadsheet.  This will allow client to see what items have been taken off and listed ready for clients material and labor pricing.  Client will also have the ability to insert into the spreadsheet his markup, supervision, project manager, state or local taxes or any other cost variables that only he knows what works best for his business.

2.  Phoenix Building Services, LLC will protect any estimate with the first client that has excepted and paid for the services provided for that estimate.

3.  We are here to serve you in any way possible and our prices and services are all negotiable.
